The Plancha range provides a heavy porcelain enamelled griddle with a drain, where excess fat and liquid drips below into a removable collection cup. It features stainless steel burners with piezo ignition and multiple heat zones.
With 4 feet and a stainless steel heat plate, the Plancha can operated on most flat work tops. An optional trolley is available for each Plancha model that provides two side shelves, a base shelf and two wheels for ease of use.
