Striker is a cabinet barbecue with two side shelves, with a choice of 3 or 4 burners. Both feature a double layer hood to improve heat retention, which also protects the outer surface from high cooking temperatures.
At the centre of the hood is a large heat indicator to keep control of the cooking temperature. Its stainless steel hood handle includes a grip for easy access.
Porcelain enamelled cast iron grills cover the full cooking area. This porcelain enamelling is non-stick, corrosion resistant and easier to clean. A stainless steel warming rack provides extra cooking space.
Its burners feature integra-spark ignition, where each control knob provides a spark to light the burner while turning it on. A flame tamer sits above each burner, vaporising food juice drippings to baste food with that unique smoky barbecue flavour.
Large stylish wheels provides ease of manoeuvrability.
