Unlike most electric grills, Wave uses open porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grills. This exposes food to infrared heat from the heating elements and allows food juice drippings to vapourise, imparting that unique smoky barbecue flavour.
A high roasting hood allows for roasting of larger joints of meat. With two control knobs, an LED display and 2.3kW of heat input, Wave is quick to heat up and easy to control.
Being full electric, there is no gas leak testing, hot ashes or embers to worry about and no charcoal or gas bottles to store. Both side shelves fold for compact storage and two wheels provide easy manoeuvrability.
