Compact U-BBQ is an all-in-one that functions as a gas stove, barbecue or griddle and operates on standard disposable butane gas cartridges.

It is lightweight and portable with its convenient plastic carry case and its gas cartridge is concealed within its compartment.

It features a stainless steel burner with piezo ignition for easy lighting. Like most full size barbecues, it has a flame tamer that vaporises food juice drippings to produce that smoky barbecue flavour.

Its removable porcelain enamelled griddle provides a hot plate for frying delicate items such as vegetables, fried eggs and bacon.

The barbecue can also be used as a gas hob, such as for cooking rice or boiling a kettle for a hot beverage.
