For the ultimate outdoor cooking range with ample storage and workspace while barbecuing, look no further than the Signature range. Featuring a high quality stainless steel finish, the Signature 4 burner model includes two large drawers, a cabinet and two side shelves, ideal for outdoor catering and large gatherings.
Installation is not a problem – It comes pre-assembled on its own purpose built pallet, eliminating the tedious assembly process after purchase. Simply lift it off its pallet with the provided lifting handles, attach the side shelves, attach your gas bottle and it’s ready to use.
Its cooking surface consists of a stainless steel grill and a porcelain enamelled cast iron griddle. The griddle section allows for cooking of fish, vegetables and frying food that would otherwise fall through the grill, while still picking up the smoky flavour produced by food cooking over the grill section.
Flame tamers below grill section vaporises the food juice drippings produced during cooking to provide that unique smoky barbecue flavour. Heat is produced by four individually controlled stainless steel burners with electronic ignition for rapid ignition. A warming rack provides extra cooking space.
Its large stainless steel hood provides plenty of cooking height for roasting large joints of meat and rotisserie cooking and has an inner layer to improve heat retention and distribution. The heat indicator assists to keep a control on the cooking temperature.
Its large powerful 4.4kW side burner provides a hob such as cooking rice/pasta, heating a kettle or saucepan and being separate from the side shelf, both side shelves remain available for ample workspace. Both shelves fold or detach to reduce storage space.
With the electric rotisserie, its ceramic infrared back burner provides even cooking all around and prevents flare-ups compared to operating the main burners below.
Four heavy duty castor wheels provide manoeuvrability, two of which lock to secure the barbecue in place during operation or while in storage.
