The Plancha 1 Burner has a heavy porcelain enamelled cast iron griddle with a grease drain, where excess fat is collected in a removable collection cup. It features stainless steel burners with piezo ignition and easy to control heat.
With 4 adjustable feet, the Plancha can be balanced and made wobble free. It is surrounded in a heat resistant body with raised sides and back to act as a wind-shield.
In addition a larger cooking surface, this Plancha 2 burner model offers two independently controlled cooking zones. It also has a heavy porcelain enamelled cast iron griddle with grease collection, surrounded in a stainless steel body and stabilised by four adjustable feet.
This model also fits the optional wooden trolley for additional workspace and manoeuvrability.

The Plancha trolley is especially designed to hold either Plancha model, providing that traditional Outback barbecue look.
The trolley features two side shelves for ease of use and rubber tyres wheels for improved manoeuvrability. As the Plancha simply sits on the trolley, there is no need to clip anything in to place or fasten any screws – Just set the Plancha down on the trolley and it’s ready to use!
