Texas is a 3 burner barbecue, featuring three individually controlled burners and porcelain enamelled cooking grills covering the full cooking area. Each burner has integra-spark ignition, which provides a spark while turning on the knob for for easy lighting.
Flame tamers cover the individual stainless steel burners to distribute the heat. The hot flame tamers vaporise the food juice drippings produced during cooking to provide that unique smoky flavour.
Its side shelves can also be collapsed for compact storage and can be easily moved about thanks to its 4 castor wheels. These can be locked to hold the barbecue still while in use. The front screen can easily removed for cleaning. A base shelf provides extra storage space, with access from either side of the barbecue.
