The Hunter Stainless Steel is a 3 burner barbecue with all the features of our latest Hunter model, but with a stainless steel hood.  Improvements over the previous generation include folding side shelves to reduce storage space, a solid metal base tray and tool hooks on the right side shelf for conveniently holding tools.

Its cooking surface consists of a porcelain enamelled cast iron cooking grill and griddle, each covering half the cooking surface.  Lava rock covers the area below the grill area, which produces that unique smoky flavour as food juices produced during cooking drip down on to the hot lava rock.

Each burner has integra-spark ignition that produces a spark to light the burner as the control knob is turned on.  The burners are made of cast iron fur durability.  Once lit, the hood heat indicator gives an indication of the cooking temperature to help control the cooking rate.

The large griddle provides plenty of cooking space for coooking delicate food items such as fish and vegetables.  By frying this food on the barbecue, it picks up the smoky barbecue flavour produced from the food being cooked over the grill section.

Clean up is easy with its two-tier drip tray.  Excess grease is chanelled into the lower drip tray, which can be easily lifted out for cleaning.  This two-tier design does away with the need for sand and is less prone to fat fires.
