The Meteor 3 burner is a recent addition to the Meteor Family. Like its bigger cousin, it has a porcelain enamelled cooking grill and griddle, which is less prone to food sticking and easier to clean. Its porcelain enamelled warming rack provides extra cooking space.
Lava rock covers the area below the grill which vaporises the food juice drippings to produce that unique smoky barbecue flavour.
The griddle is ideal for cooking food such as fish and vegetables that would otherwise fall through the grill, while still picking up the barbecue flavour as food cooks over the grill area.
Heat is produced by three durable cast iron burners. Piezo ignition lights the burners at the push of a button. After use, its grease-collection tray lifts out for easy clean-up.
Its hood and body are porcelain enamelled that will not discolour, blister or peel under the intense heat and its two tier drip tray eliminates the need for sand and is less prone to fat fires.
