Seattle is a unique white barbecue that features a white powder coated hood and white cabinet doors. Its hood has a double skin which prevents the paint discolouring, while also providing improved heat retention.
Porcelain enamelled grills cover its cooking area, which provide non-stick cooking and are easier to clean. A stainless steel warming rack provides extra cooking space.
Integra-spark ignition provides a spark to light each burner as its control knob is turned on. These burners heat the flame tamers, which evenly distribute the heat. The hood has a heat indicator as a guide to control the cooking temperature.
Food juices produced during cooking fall on to the hot flame tamers below and vaproise to produce that unique smoky flavour. Excess grease drips below and is collected in a grease cup that can be lifted out for cleaning. No sand is required.
Four castor wheels allow the barbecue to be easily moved about and all four can be locked to keep the barbecue solidly in position during cooking.
