Memphis is a 3 burner barbecue with a stainless steel double skin hood and a storage cabinet with stainless steel doors.  The hood’s inner layer prevents the intense heat from discolouring the stainless steel finish, while also providing added heat retention.

Porcelain enamelled grills cover the full cooking surface, which provide a non-stick cooking surface that is also easier to clean.  Its stainless steel warming rack provides extra cooking space and the heat indicator on the hood allows for controlled cooking.

Each burner has integra spark ignition, which provides a spark to light the burner as each control knob is turned on.  The burners heat the porcelain enamelled flame tamers, which in turn distribute the heat.  Food juice drippings produced during cooking fall on to the hot flame tamers and vaporise to baste food with a smoky barbecue flavour.

Excess grease drips on to the drip tray below, which is then channelled into a removable grease collection cup.  This does away with the need for sand and is less prone to fat fires.

4 castor wheels provide manoeuvrability and all four can be locked to hold the barbecue in place while in use.
