Darwin is a 3 burner gas barbecue with a storage cabinet. It has porcelain enamelled cooking grills, which provide non-stick cooking and are easier to clean. A stainless steel warming rack provides extra cooking space.

Each burner has integra-spark ignition, which lights the burner as the control knob is turned on. These burners heat the porcelain enamelled flame tamers, which in turn distribute the heat across the cooking surface.

During cooking, the food juices produced drip down on to the hot flame tamers below and vaproise to produce that unique smoky barbecue flavour.

Excess grease drips on to the drip tray below, which is then channelled into a grease cup that can be lifted out for cleaning. The grease cup does away with the need for sand.

Its double skin hood provides better heat retention and includes a heat indicator as a guide for controlling the temperature.

Four castor wheels allow the barbecue to be easily moved about and all can be locked to hold the barbecue solidly in place while cooking.
