Trooper is a compact 2 burner model of our popular Hunter barbecue. It has two fixed side shelves and like the Hunter, it the right shelf has tool hooks for holding tools while cooking. Its base shelf is one solid single piece that is better suited for storing items.
Under the hood, it has a porcelain enamelled cooking surface consisting of two easy to clean grills, along with an improved porcelain enamelled warming rack for extra cooking space. Lava rock covers the area below the grill section, which vaporises food juice drippings during cooking to produce that smoky barbecue flavour.
Each control knob has integra-spark ignition, which produces a spark to light the burner as the control knob is turned on. Heat is powered by durable cast iron burners.
A second layer inside the hood improves heat retention for more even and efficient cooking. The hood heat indicator gives an indication to the temperature inside for controlled cooking.
The barbecue is surrounded in a stylish rebated hardwood trolley with a detachable nylon front screen and its right side shelf has metal tool hooks for cleanly holding tools. Its durable rubber tyre wheels eliminate the noisy rattling typical of plastic wheels and each wheel has a branded wheel cover.
