The Roma 3 burner is a cabinet barbecue with two fixed side shelves and a red painted double-skin hood for improved heat retention.
Porcelain enamelled grills span its full cooking surface and includes a porcelain enamelled warming rack for extra cooking space. These porcelain enamelled surfaces are non-stick and easier to clean.
Each stainless steel burner has integra-spark ignition that lights the burner as its control knob is turned on. Its hood has a heat indicator to assist with controlling the cooking temperature.
The burners heat up the flame tamers, which in-turn heat the food on the grill. Food juices produced during cooking fall on to the hot flame tamers below and vaporise to produce that unique smoky flavour.
Its hood and fire box are both pre-assembled, so just need to assemble the cabinet and attach the side shelves.
Four castor wheels provide easy manoeuvrability and all four castors have a lock to secure the barbecue in place while in use.
