The Roma 4 burner is the larger of the Roma series, which also has porcelain enamelled grills that span its full cooking surface and includes a porcelain enamelled warming rack for extra cooking space. This porcelain enamelled surface is non-stick and easier to clean.
It also has two fixed side shelves and a storage cabinet for storing condiments and cookware handy while cooking.
Each stainless steel burner has integra-spark ignition that lights the burner as its control knob is turned on. Its red painted hood provides improved heat retention and has a heat indicator to assist with controlling the cooking temperature.
The burners heat up the flame tamers, which in-turn heat the food on the grill. Food juices produced during cooking fall on to the hot flame tamers below and vaporise to produce that unique smoky flavour.
Its hood and fire box are both pre-assembled, so just need to assemble the cabinet and attach the side shelves.
Four castor wheels provide easy manoeuvrability and all four castors have a lock to secure the barbecue in place while in use.
