The Memphis 4B is a larger model of the Memphis 3B, which also features a stainless steel double skin hood and a storage cabinet with stainless steel doors.

It has three porcelain enamelled cooking grills to cover the full cooking area. This porcelain coating makes them non-stick and easier to clean after use.

Each burner is lit by integra spark ignition, which produces a spark as the control knob is turned on. Each burner is covered by a porcelain enamelled flame tamer.

As the food cooks on the grill, the food juice drippings fall on to the hot flame tamers below and vaporise for that smoky barbecue flavour.

Excess grease drips on to the drip tray below, which then channels the grease into a grease collection cup, thus preventing a fat build up that could result in a fat fire. This cup can be removed to easily empty and also does away with the need for sand.

The barbecue can be easily moved about with its 4 castor wheels. These can then be locked to hold the barbecue in place while in use.

An optional porcelain enamelled griddle is available that allows for the cooking of vegetables, fish and other food that would otherwise fall through the grill.
